What we are

TradeBioIndia is an intermediary listing platform. Indian manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and exporters list their products; importers, distributors, formulators, hospitals and pharmacy chains worldwide post structured requirements and get matched to suppliers who can actually supply.

We publish the technical specification detail that real buyers compare — grade, assay, appearance, packing, MOQ, documentation — instead of marketing copy.

What we are not

• Not a party to your transaction. We do not buy, sell, hold or ship goods.
• Not a payment intermediary. Buyers and suppliers settle directly between themselves.
• Not a lab or a certification body. We do not test products or verify every supplier document. Buyers must verify before contracting.
• Not a medical information service. Nothing here is medical advice or a recommendation for any condition. All products are trade goods for licensed businesses.

How matching works

Every requirement is reviewed by our sourcing desk. We route it to up to five suppliers best matched on product, grade, pack configuration, destination market and documentation capability. The routing reason is logged. Suppliers never see each other's pricing, and buyers never see other buyers' requirements.

Compliance posture

• Intermediary status under India's IT Act and IT Rules, with a named Grievance Officer (Balraj) and a 3-hour takedown commitment for valid complaints.
• Prohibited categories — narcotics and psychotropic substances, Schedule X drugs, counterfeit products, human biological material — cannot be listed.
• Scheduled (prescription) products may be enquired about by verified importers or distributors for multi-supplier routing; one-to-one enquiries remain open.
• Verification documents (GSTIN, drug licences) are reviewer-only and never published.
